This page explains what ProvenWin collects, why, and what a coach and their clients can expect happens to it.

What we collect

From a coach: an email address, used only to sign in via a one-time link. From a client submitting a story: their name, email address, role or company (optional), the before/after text they write, an optional metric, an optional star rating, and optional before/after photos.

What’s public and what isn’t

A client’s email address is never shown publicly, anywhere, under any circumstance. It exists only so we can reach that specific client if their coach ever proposes a change to their story, since we require the client’s own approval before any edit goes live. Everything else a client submits stays private until their coach approves it, at which point it can appear on that coach’s results wall and embed, exactly as the client submitted it (or as they later approved it, if a change was proposed and accepted).

Storage and deletion

Data is stored with Supabase (hosted in the US). A coach can hide or delete any submission at any time. Deleted submissions move to a trash state first, so a coach can undo an accidental deletion, and are permanently removed (including any uploaded photos) after 90 days, or immediately if the coach chooses to delete them for good right away.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your data or a client’s data to anyone, for any reason. We do not use submitted content for anything beyond displaying it where its owner (the coach, with the client’s consent) chooses to show it.

Cookies

A coach’s signed-in session uses a standard authentication cookie to keep them signed in. We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies. Aggregate, anonymous page analytics (visits, not individual identities) are collected via Vercel Analytics.
