By using ProvenWin, you agree to the following.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for having your clients’ permission to collect and display their results. Every submission requires the client’s own confirmation that they’re comfortable being shown publicly before it can be published, and any later change to their story requires their approval too. The underlying relationship, and making sure a client actually knows their story may be shown publicly, is yours to manage.

Acceptable use

Don’t use ProvenWin to publish content that’s false, defamatory, illegal, or that you don’t have the right to share. We may remove content or suspend an account that violates this.

No warranty

ProvenWin is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, including uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. We aren’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of it.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
